2、 Product structure
1. The five layer insulation structure consists of lightweight high-temperature bricks, Mitsubishi blankets, insulated fiberboard, insulated air layer, and carbon steel, ensuring stable temperature difference inside the kiln and maintaining the surface of the kiln below 70 degrees Celsius under high temperature conditions.

3、 Main materials of the product:
1. Q235-A steel has good plasticity, processability, weldability, and corrosion resistance. Its mechanical properties are relatively stable, with high strength and toughness. In low-temperature environments, Q235A steel also has good toughness.
2. The furnace wire is made of advanced domestic iron chromium aluminum alloy material, with a long service life. The furnace wire can withstand high temperatures up to 1300 degrees Celsius when heated.
3. JM26 lightweight refractory brick, low hot melt, low thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.2-0.4w/m.k, less accumulated heat energy, fast furnace heating, effectively reducing energy consumption.
