Ⅱ、 Product Structure:
1. The top cover door opening method is supported by a semi-automatic hydraulic lever flip cover, which solves the problem of manual support for traditional top cover door opening.
2. Multi layer insulation structure, composed of aluminum alloy, Mitsubishi blanket, and refractory high-temperature bricks, ensures stable temperature difference inside the kiln.
3. Full brick structure effectively reduces the volatilization of carcinogenic substances.

Ⅲ、 Main materials of the product
1. The body is made of aluminum alloy material with strong resistance to high temperature, oxidation, and corrosion; A high percentage of chromium and nickel provides much better creep strength, allowing for continuous operation at high temperatures and excellent high-temperature resistance;
The furnace support frame is made of Q235-A steel, which has good plasticity, processability, weldability, and corrosion resistance. Its mechanical properties are relatively stable, with high strength and toughness. At low temperatures, Q235A steel also has good toughness.
2. The furnace wire is made of advanced domestic iron chromium aluminum alloy material, with a long service life. The furnace wire can withstand a high temperature of up to 1300 degrees Celsius for heating.
3. JM26 lightweight refractory brick, low heat melting, low thermal conductivity of 0.2-0.4w/m.k, less accumulated heat energy, fast furnace heating, effectively reducing energy consumption.
